What can I do about my loud neighbors

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Came home yesterday to dipshit showing the apartment to a nice couple. Walked them to the leasing office

Came home on my break to a moving truck

More details needed... give us the juice. Were they evicted?

It is not a nice couple. It's a very large outgoing 24 year old. The friend helping him in is a white guy dressed as a goddamn SoundCloud rapper and has on natural born killer sunglasses. "Im not moving in but don't worry ill be over here all the time"

Dipshit

Fuck all of this.

What part of San Diego do you live in? I have a couple guesses and just assume you need to pick a better spot to live in, that isn't the prime spot for every 20-something transplant who moves to SD.

The last people were the only loud people in the complex. 18 units.

These guys are going to be worse.

It's as if management held a "who's the loudest dumbass in San Diego" contest and awarded them an apartment

Even if it was a complex full of young people, and it isn't, telling me to pick a better place with 6 months left in a lease isn't helpful whatsoever

I know it's no help now but in 6 months you need to rethink the area your living in. My guess is you either live in PB, OB, or maybe Mission Bay. You need to go in land or up north if you want to insure you get a quiet place. Pick some place that has a HOA, they will take your noise complaints seriously.

Places like Sorrento Valley, Mira Mesa, or Clairemont will all have quieter communities. Even UTC/La Jolla Colony will have quiet communities if you pick the right ones.

HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHWHAHAHAHAAHHAHAHAAHAHAHA

Find a picture of a soundcloud rapper this one looks like?

God fucking dammit

230, night one. I already told them at 9pm (blasting Old Town Rd on repeat) that these walls may as well not be here so please be very very mindful with the noise after 10pm. You can do literally anything you want until 10pm. At 230 they come home laughing and talking top of their lungs, carrying on like they're in the middle of a bar, trudge up the stairs, stoll partying into the new place. I get the air horn, then hit the ceiling etc.

Guy come down and knocks. "hey just wondering what all the noise is about?"

yea man me too.

"bla bla well you're the only one that has a problrm with it"

"yes and if anyone else that lived in any of the apartments other than the one under you, lived in the one under you, they would complain too. But they don't. I do. Here we are. Do you think I just happened to be up at the same time you coincidentally came home and I guessed that you just got home and randomly decided to start banging? Am I awake at 3am for fun right now? "

"well like that's just how the building is I guess. like..that's just where you live bro"

"NO. That's where YOU live. I told you- the building sucks. And the only ones being loud is you. Now you know. So stop waking up your neighbors."

It is absolutely amazing that when people are confronted with noise complaints they just say" that's just the building "as if it was a solution to the problem. It isn't. Its part of the description of it. So considering that, keep thinking about what the solution would be

I cannot fucking believe that after 4 months and 3 dozen emails they didn't, at all, cRe to bother with finding a nice quiet person. He has had 3 different rounds of visitors in the past 12 hours.

BTW I met them because they were parked in my spot to unload. Then with every piece of furniture successfully moved into the place, white soundcloud rapper would yell "ayeeeee! HOT on the BLOCK! AYEE! Which was the second time I had to say something. Old Town road was a few hours later, at 9.4th time I've dealt with him. Was polite the first 3. You could not get off on any more wrong a foot

or, loud children have never lived on their own and have no understabdung of respecting neighbors and tend to hang out with other loud kids

You're right I shouldn't wake up at 3am to 60 dB pounding on the ceiling idk what I was thinking.
