Where can I find Windows 10 installation?

Like how do I set the installer on the USB so when I boot from USB the Windows installation begins?

Do I need to download something?

Microsoft makes a Windows USB Install Tool:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/windows-usb-dvd-download-tool

This will create an EFI bootable USB drive with Windows install files on it. Just go to the link, and download your copy of Windows onto the USB stick. Restart with the stick in your computer, go to the Boot Menu, and select USB. You should be good to go. If it doesn't boot, you may have an issue with EFI booting, so try BIOS/Legacy boot instead.

I'm trying to create a windows 10 installation USB using their tool and it says I must be logged in as administrator. I am administrator. WTF?!
