Why not make everyone donate a minimum of $5 to join the site?

I already posted that this is a horrible idea, to force people to pay to post/view.

But giving something as small as a different colored name when people donate, some recognition like that, and perhaps some other little perks go a long way in getting more people to donate I think. Keep that stuff up, apparently you guys used to do it and don't anymore

It would be a one time thing, not monthly or yearly cheap mofos. How about this, how about you eat a peanut butter and jelly sandwich instead a buying 1 beer or a value meal from McDonalds.

Going to lock this up. We might as for a donation from time to time but we will never force people to pay. Like the sentiment though.
