Apparently Cena finally realized the association with Saudi Arabia could hurt his career outside of WWE and he is refusing to perform there. I'd like to say it was because of something else, but if that were the case he probably wouldn't have gotten on the mic and slurped all over them at the Greatest Royal Rumble.

There are rumors that Bryan is refusing to go as well.

Holy shit that Takeover was incredible.

Gargano/Black and Ciampa/Dream were two MOTY candidates and the War Games match was fantastic too. Sane/Baszler was really good too, although it could have been a bit longer.

TakeOver was great, Survivor Series was meh outside of Charlotte's turn and Bryan/Lesnar.

Hopefully Raw's sweep of Smackdown is a sign of some sort of planned shake up.

Best thing about this weekend was that I missed the impromptu Matt Riddle match during Takeover because I was picking up some weed.

Raw has been a shitfest for weeks, they bring back Vince and.... Stephanie... and HHH... To appease everyone.

Maybe start with the fact that your main show doesn't have a fucking champion.

Yeah, this is the first one I've watched since the night after 'Mania and it's the same old shit.

So, TLC ended up being a pretty good show. Ambrose/Rollins was a shitfest, but the main event was great and Styles/Bryan delivered.

It's crazy how over Becky Lynch is right now, and it was nice seeing Asuka finally win the women's title.

Very much over Ambrose as a worker. He is boring, and he tries to hard to be something he isnt. When Rollins cant even get a good match out of you, you have serious problems.

Becky Lynch, IMO, is the best product they have going right now and it's not even close. People want to root for her so bad. She is easy to connect with and she is DAMN good in the ring.

WWE doesnt understand that people want to root for fun characters who are fun to watch in the ring. It's why we all loved Braun when he was just tearing shit up.

Funny thing is that they turned both Braun and Becky into their two most popular wrestlers entirely by accident. With Braun, they were trying to use him to get Roman Reigns over, but the constant ass kickings he handed Reigns instead made him the hero we all needed. With Becky, they tried to turn her heel and have her beat the shit out of Charlotte for stealing her win, but instead the crowd said fuck that and loved every bit of it.

It also made me laugh when they tried to turn Charlotte heel against Ronda and the crowd chanted "you deserve it" to Ronda after she got destroyed. Ronda looked like she was gonna cry lmao.

Rhonda, as a heel, with Heyman, is what we all want and deserve. Have her face Becky at Mania, as the Main Event, we all win.

Ronda really needs to look at what Shayna Baszler is doing in NXT and just copy that.

    Dunno about that one.

Not a fan of Baszler. Maybe Ronda could do it better, but I find Baszler to be a little too...overly legitimate, if that makes sense?

Personally, I think Baszler was one of the best acts in the entire company this year. She was second only to Ciampa as far as heels go. She also improved a great deal in the ring. Her performance against Kairi Sane in the Mae Young Classic compared to their most recent match is night and day. She's come a long way in a short amount of time, although working with someone like Kairi will do that for you, which is probably why they've got the other two MMA girls working with Io Shirai and Dakota Kai.

Also, I got caught up on NXT today and the cage match between Johnny Gargano and Aleister Black was awesome. Heel DIY could be fun, although I have to think Gargano is doing this to get close to Ciampa and sucker him into dropping his guard.
