Everything I saw says she was. The part they messed up was that she wasn't supposed to kick up her shoulder at any point. It was supposed to be a clean roll up.

A flukey finish that keeps her strong whenever (if) she comes back.

Dean Ambrose's return to Jon Moxely self promo was better than anything WWE has done lately. Hope AEW gets him. Also hoping CM Punk jumps on the train, but i doubt that one. A TNT deal could pay these top names though.

Plus AEW is owned by a billionaire who also owns an NFL team, so they've got some money behind them to begin with.

I'm also assuming Jim Ross will be calling the TNT shows. That's going to be awesome to hear his play by play again. They're slowly but surely building something absolutely special, and they most likely have surprises. Veteran referee Earl Hebner hopped on board today.

I don’t know if you listened to his commentary for New Japan, but it was pretty bad. Hope he finds that fire again.

I may be wrong but I thought the NJPW stuff he was doing was just the big shows for American Audiences. If that's the case maybe his lack of fire was because he wasnt involved on a weekly basis with storylines etc so he wasnt invested in the stories they were telling in the ring. But my NJPW knowledge is only of the large events.

He did it for their weekly AXS shows too. I think that’s the channel.

For what it's worth, Ross and Barnett (who is AWFUL) were doing voiceovers from the U.S. on the shows in Japan.

If things felt disconnected on commentary, it's because it was.

Literally canceled my WWE Network subscription after last night.

Brock Lesnar winning MITB is a fucking joke. Does he even have fans anymore?
