WWE/NXT/AEW/NJPW Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I appreciated their strategy tonight of just pretending that Battleground didn't happen.

I don't care for set up PPV's but I usually can tolerate them once I recognize them for what they are.

The Punjabi match. the wrestling was kinda bland. some wooden rings placed throughout the structure would of made for better sounds when someone got slammed into the structure.

I didn't mind Khali showing up. it was his match and he finally got to be on the winning side since he was injured for his first one and got the undertaker for the second.

Owens and AJ changed the match finish which I liked. the ref messed it up though. I'm sure Vince and Shane wasn't happy about the audible but Kudos for the guys for the guys trying to put on a good show. the must of both thought the match booking was crap for them to change it in the first place.

nobody Cares about the love couple.

really just sick of the Usos

Rusev and Cena flag match was lame. especially when you knew they didn't have the guts to have Rusev win .

Anyone excited about Natalya and Naomi for Summerslam?

I am not.

I wouldn't mind the Owens vs Shane thing if They hadn't done the exact same storyline with AJ.
hopefully though they make shane the aggressor with Owens being the passive aggressive heel so there is some difference to it.

I don't understand why Jericho "earned title shot in the first place.. I thought the match Owens took Jericho out was Jericho's rematch.

I read an article stating the next "shakeup" will have WWE talent going to NXT.
It would be interesting to see some of the guys on the roster in an environment where they have input on their creative.
that goes for guys who have previously been in NXT because you would expect they would have more influence and experience in their 2nd go.

What two guys from each Raw roster would you want to see in NXT.

I am assuming guys like AJ Styles, Nakamura, Corbin, Owens, Brock, Reigns, Rollins, Balor, Ambrose, Jinder, Bray, Cena.Samoa Joe, Stroman etc would be excluded.

lol most of the guys I listed are NXT guys.

I would hope Apollo crews is sent back to NXT to work on his craft. His run was too short and they called him up to fill a need when the roster was wracked by injuries.. That need isn't there. don't let Crews become Simon gotch.

Enzo has his character and persona down. however the wrestling aspect isn't there. He needs to goto NXT and learn to compete as a singles. get a new partner or join the Cruiserweight Division.
personally I wouldn't of minded seeing Enzo as Cass's manager but whatever.

Curt Hawkins. I am not sure what the plan for Curt Hawkins was. however Mr Squash match should have a chance to show his stuff and find a tag team partner.

Kalisto I think could be used In the NXT although I think a 205 run unseating Neville would be his best play.

Erick Rowan- Erick Rowan would be perfect for insanity. A fallen Rowan resurging in Nxt that leads to a jump of Insanity into Smackdown or Raw would be great for a guy who operates best in a Stable. on another front I would hope Rowan and some NXT talent (perhaps Aiden English) are behind the Breezango storyline and it not just be the WWE biding time until the Colons are healthy.

Thinking about canceling my membership. Has anyone else done the same?

What I did was use the Gmail hack to continue signing up for free months of the Network. Basically Gmail doesn't register the period character in your email, so if my email were, for example, jack.brickman, it's actually jackbrickman, but it can also be j.ackbrickman, ja.ckbrickman, and so on. You can use multiple periods as well like j.a.c.k.brickman. You may need to lie about your address for this to work (I usually just make up addresses).

The fun part is that WWE has a habit of offering you "come back" packages of multiple free months, so if you sign up with a ton of different email addresses, you'll constantly get those offers. I was offered three free months last month, so I'm good through Summerslam now. I assume that, around Summerslam, I'll get another offer to get me through Survivor Series.

Thus, I haven't paid for the Network in about a year now.

So you make multiple gmail accounts or it's just one with a period thrown in there?

Just one account, but the periods make other sites think they are multiple accounts.

Try sending yourself an email in gmail but adding a period somewhere. You'll find it still sends to your main account. You can use this to get free months of service from many places.

Holy shit how did I never know about this?

You know. I subscribed to the network day 1, I have never been charged one cent. I have 3 bank accounts and 2 CC. Never seen one charge from WWE on any of them.

My opinion is that I will gladly pay once the quality improves. As long as the main roster product is garbage, though, I will scam free months. Not gonna pay ten bucks a month just for NXT.
