Your 2019 Cleveland Indians

Do Not Sell My Personal Information

We’ll see.

My go to is being vague, but someone else I know close to the team said “decent”. Whatever that means, I guess we’ll all find out together.

Going to be hard to get good straightforward answers from the Indians or people close to the team on injuries now.

If Lindor is out past May, we really need to go get a bit more infield help.

Stamets is a good fielder, but we can't have a .125-.150 automatic out guy in the lineup for more than the next few weeks at most.

Chang makes the most sense. The only other free agents out there that I can even find that play the non-1B infield positions are Jose Reyes, Danny Valencia, and Andrew Romine, which is the biggest group of stooges I've ever seen.

Getting Kipnis back relatively soon would be nice. Kipnis isn't a savior or anything, but throwing him out there instead of having two of Moroff, Miller, or Stamets everyday will make a huge difference.

A lineup against righties in two weeks of:

CF - Martin
2B - Kipnis
3B - Ramirez
1B - Santana
DH - Ramirez
RF - Gonzalez
LF - Allen/Bauers
SS - Miller
C - Perez/Plawecki

Could do worse. Miller isn't the worst stick in the history of mankind or anything.

Sounds like it is ~3 more weeks and we should expect a more accurate timeline tomorrow

Just came here to post this. Fuck that dude on Twitter that made it seem more serious than that.

Falls in line with the timeline I was originally told after the injury happened.

Big thing was it didn’t bother his calf he was rehabbing.

Should be able to survive 3 weeks. Thank God it isn't much longer.

Tribe bats are only offensive to Cleveland fans.

Offense looks like a version of the Woody Hayes 'three yards and a cloud
of dust'.

Starting pitchers are very good. Too bad lots of Ks and low ERA don't put
fannies in the seats.

This offense is pathetic. Gonna waste some great pitching and if it keeps up we may have trouble winning the division.

At least Hanley doesn't look completely washed up through five games. Gotta look at some positives here.

The negatives is that Eric Stamets is the worst player in MLB history.
