The Thunder swept Dallas, beat the Lakers in five, and the Spurs in six.

They are more than battle tested...I think they'll be ready to roll.
 
Who is the dude who said that OKC will take down Miami in 6 games? Wow finally I see a MAN working in ESPN commentary team.

What were you expecting of him at this point in his career? Is he supposed to score 25 or 30 a game and take a ton of unnecessary shots? Ray is a leader, but he is not their go-to guy on offense.
 
The thunder won't be scared after the road they took to get to the finals.
 
Its not gonna be a cake walk for the Thunder. Realistically, the Heat are easily the toughest opponent they face out of everyone in the East, besides maybe a healthy Bulls. Thunder would run Celtics out of the gym, and Thunder have been facing some old teams. Before the Celtics, Heat faced young similar teams.
 
This is going to be an epic finals. Durantula VS LBJ. Obviously the East was a cakewalk compared to the West, and Miami actually struggled a bit while the Thunder steam rolled through the better western conference. Thunder in 6.
 
Thinking Miami will have to play Joel Anthony more in this series? They will need some sort of rim protector or Harden and Westbrook will run wild.

He was 5-11. I expect better numbers from him esp in such a crucial game. Age makes u slower it does not cause you to miss your shots. This whole series he has not had a hot hand. This is not the only game where he has been sub-par.

I didn't watch either of the first two matchups...I'm guessing LeBron was on Durant, Wade on Westbrook, Battier on Harden...?

this ( i apoligize for the long post but imma tell u why this goes no more than 6)

matchups
1.)the line up the heat play most. (mario, david stern, battier, 6, bosh) vs (russ.harden.thabo.kd.ibaka) again who guards harden cause wad is on westbrook who will eat him alive the dude made kobe look like shit. lebron has to guard kd or kd abuses battier. either way battir gets abused by harden or westbrook. with that lineup how do they stop westbrook and harden from finishing at the rim including the fact that ibaka can stretch the floor

chalmers vs westbrook
2.)chalmers played good all seris with critical points (rondo has overrated defense) westbrook locks up on defense so does dfish this wont happen

shooting guard
3.)wade abused fools like pieturs who cant move brings nothing postive but looking ugly as hell and ray allen who is hurt in the ankels u need those for defense. thunder have thabo who plays great defense and harden also underrated him wade comming in tardy to games missing the 1st half will lead to a sweep. they held kobe to 42% shooting. thabo also controlled a fast t.parker. wade didnt work that hard on defense just sagging off on rondo, im sorry harden and thabo are shooting 45% and 37% from 3 you have to respect them

lebron
4.) lbj vs kd. kd isnt pierce enough said. and they wont be calling foul on this guy like they did PP trus.

rebounding/turnovers/
5.) bass cant rebound for shit thunder have perk and ibaka 2nd chance points will be rare. thunder will out rebound them every game. okc has trimmed down there turnover in the playoffs. who is the 2nd most dangerous team in fastbreak behind the heat, answer okc. with the heat complaining after every call okc is gonna get even more, imean the freckin celtics were running on them the CELTICS

fouls
6.) we know bosh,lebron and wade will get theres but harden, kd, and westbrook also get calls and know how to seek contact

roadtrips
7.)heat played ny(dont make melaugh) pacers(nba version of aau team) celtics(old and injured)
thunder played mavs,heat, spurs (won 20 straight where playing great ball and then lost 4 straight)
thunder have lost 3 games to great teams

scoring
8.) how are the heat gonna score with okc. the have mario.wade.lebron.bosh.battier who score constiantly
thunder have russ,harden,thabo,kd.ibaka,fish
kd and durant score the sam, westbrook and wade same, harden will score as bosh scores

9.) when he played he was hitting 3s and grabbing alot of rebounds.
he wont be hitting those all finals and ibaka and perkins are great rebounders. duncan was having a resergence 1st 2 round the thunder did a great job on him

celtics
10.)the celtics were taken to game 7 by the 7ers yeas the 8 seed. got challenged by atl and trotted out 3 players over 34 and not athletic.
they lost gas at the end
 
The Celtics are fighters, but the Heat haven't faced a team nearly as good as OKC in this Playoffs. Thunder in 6.

Melo is arguably the best scorer in the league (right there with KD and Kobe). LeBrons had experience guarding that great of a scorer. Pierce is old, but is still savvy and can get buckets. KD is LeBrons biggest challenge yet defensively, but from the other side, LeBron is the best possible defender in the league to guard KD. Battier will help as well.
