Whether he pulled the trigger or not if he was the driver signs would point to him being "in control" of the situation. I doubt an NFL player was coerced to do anything by his associates. At the very least he likely knew that the man was murdered and the body was dumped 1 mile from HIS house. So either way that makes him at the very least a co-conspirator which I doubt because from what it seems like he shot someone in the face not even a year ago. Charges on that are being re-filed. I don't think he can get out of this, and if he's guilty I sure as hell hope he doesn't get out of it. I think a large chunk of athletes behavior can be blamed on the judicial system not doing their job and locking these jackasses up. Honestly if Average Joe knew he could drive 125mph and sign a few footballs to get out of it he most likely would. Handing these guys free passes does nothing but make them feel invincible and encourage stupid ass behavior like this.
