Re: The Lebron Safari 2014™

Congrats to James and Gilbert for getting it done. Moving forward together to reach one goal.

SI essay was perfect; although I hope they are building up Waiters and Thompson to be included in a Love deal so Bennett and Wiggins are retained.

This whole last four years probably worked out to be the best thing for us in the end. If he stayed in 2010, we probably would just continue to win 50+ games without winning a championship. Lebron leaving and allowing us to pick up young talent is what is ultimately hopefully what gets us over the edge.

If he had committed long term, the quality of players we would have attracted would have markedly different. It doesn't matter. LeBron needed to grow, and he took the path that he clearly required in order to do it. I stopped being angry with him after he made the changes he need to in order to become a better person and won that first championship. Now all is forgiven, at least speaking for myself.

I am still getting goosebumps thinking about what Blatt could do with a line up of James, Irving, Waiters, Wiggins, and Varajao on the floor...Holy fuck that'd be impossible to stop.

yeah, me too. that depth would be amazing....but, unfortunately, i think the cavs are going to trade Wiggins or Waiters in a deal for Kevin Love.

Keep waiters and Wiggins! This team is stacked now! Needs room and time to grow.
