Not so keen on sending in Perk at all, but if its necessary then hopefully it will work out.

I'd absolutely love to see Miller have some big games but I honestly think the dude might be about as spent as it gets. Those strenuous 80 games from last season must have taken a huge toll on him. Would bet he was just barely hanging on by the end of it.

Did any of you guys see the movie, "Dead Snow"? It was about these nazi zombies, who rose up from under the snow, in Norway, when these medical students found buried treasure in a cabin in the mountains.

What we need if for the corpses of Shawn Marion and Mike Miller to reanimate and just go all-out ham, like those nazi zombies did. We need for the undead corpses of Marion and Miller to come out and start snacking on the entrails and brains of Rose and Butler and Gasol and Noah.

Huh?

Not just you, but I've heard the Marion/Miller thing repeated enough that we need to stop that narrative dead in its tracks. To lump Marion in with Mike Miller, who has no lateral movement left in the tank to defend with, is doing Marion a huge disservice. I mean, at this point Miller makes James Jones' defense look like Shumpert.

So, we can either realize that now, or...don't. It's not like the national media knows any different (which would work in our favor). I can't imagine Blatt doesn't know it.

Marion better step the fuck up. I have believed in him all year and loved the move specifically because we could move Lebron to the 4 with him

If he can play like he did earlier in the year before the hip injury a lineup of Moz, Lebron, Marion, Shumpert, and Irving could be hell on teams. Just need Shump and Marion to be threats to keep the spacing and at least in the East teams would still have a hard time matching that even w/o Love

The real next man up is Kyrie Irving. He has to play outside of the role he has been all season. He's grown up so much this year and I can tangibly see the progress in his PG skills. He's not there yet in positional terms but he's well on his way and, for that, I applaud him.

This is different. Both he and LeBron have lost space in the paint to work in with the loss of Love. It means he's going to have to rely on more screens/picks and use sheer talent to put this team in a position to win. We all thought the all-star games and the accolades were his coming out party.

This is his coming out party.

We're looking to the bench to see who can replace Love but none of these players can. It's going to take 2 of the best players in the league to play above and beyond to get the job done.

I don't want to see LeBron jack up 18 ft turn around jumpers. I want to see constant movement on the offensive end and Kyrie using space to do what he does. If Kyrie isn't aggressive with consistency, then this team has no chance.

I'm expecting a lot of him and so should everybody else. I've criticized him, others have as well, but I believe in his potential.

He's not 19 anymore. Get it done young blood.

if they split at home with bulls that will considered to be good imo. when JR comes back into the rotation if he plays how was saw in game 2 and 3 it'll be a good chance running lbj, shump,ky,jr and sub in out mossy and tt pending how the match up plays out. JJ has to step up for the rest of the playoffs and be a threat to hit 3's if he fails to hit open threes in the first two home games they won't respect him on road and bulls will double down on lane driver. mike miller is the guy who has to provide 2 games of what jr smith does, he is getting paid mid level exception I'm pretty sure. all the team ask is for two games from this vet. i expect a 7 game series with G1-B,G2-C,G3-C,G4-B,G5-C,G6-B,G7-C. hopefully some good, clean basketball this round going on to what i assume will be washington in the ECF.

If matched up with Noah, I think JJ would be OK. Noah has gotten slow and can't shoot. JJ also has about the same wingspan as Noah so length wouldn't be a problem.

Every time I see the Love injury it looks dirtier. What a punk.

I can't stand to watch it. Didn't watch the game, have no desire to see that moment. It makes my Cleveland hurt and it would also make my shoulder hurt.

Id love to see the Matrix come in and defend and hustle the hell out of the Bulls.

Those first 2 games without JR propably wont be pretty in terms of offense... so why not defend the Bulls into the ground as much as we can?

Tristan . Marion and Shumpert. its their time to shine.

Then again the Cavs may just plug in James jones at the guard position

Mike Miller is the big question mark in my book.

With James in the lineup the Cavs have a lot of options and whether they play James at the 2, 3 or 4 will go a long way in determining whose on the court.
