Delly has to make him touch the ball earlier ... Shump needs those minutes in the 2nd half

Delly getting exposed as usual all half on defense, Kyrie playing horrible on offense and getting torched on defense as usual.

Great sign its tied, got to clean a lot up though. We are having a serious problem guarding Dennis and especially Teague though. Both of them on the court together is frightening for the Cavs, but Atlanta is not dumb, they know that's an advantage for them.

I would take Kyrie off Teague, and put him on Korver. I know, Korver is still dangerous, but its obvious he can't guard Teague at all like this. Hell, he usually can't guard him when healthy.
 
8 offensive rebounds for the Cavs in the 1st half, keep it up and this will be a win.
 
I suspect they are saving Shump for big 4th quarter minutes, like we did with JR in Chicago in game 4. Right now my crunch time lineup would be Delly/Shump/JR/LeBron/TT.
 
All things considered. VERY happy with that first half.

9 turnovers. Hawks shooting almost 60%. Teague with the half of his life. In Atlanta. And were tied.

I do hate seeing all these moving screens and flops, but at this point we should say fuck it and do it too, it's getting to be really hard to watch our guards get hooked on the screens and giving up layups
 
Delly played a good half. The criticism he gets is ridiculous. Everything he does is picked-apart. He's a back-up PG and he gave us a ton of positive play that half. Be happy we had him to come in and help stop the bleeding.
