Joe John$on is a Loser

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
All he cared about is money, and big city lights so he can party and collect checks. Dude wouldn't join the team if the lineup was this and he was guarantee a ring in Cleveland.

PG Magic Johnson,
SJ Micheal Jordan
SF LeBron James
PF Tim Duncan
C Shaquille O'Neal.

I'm so glad we didn't get JJ.

With all of his inefficient chucking at crucial moments and traffic cone defense there's a good chance we wouldn't be 8-0 right now.

We are in a good place now, but I remember reading similar sentiments about JR prior to his arrival here.

I think in the environment created by coaches/players (not something obvious a month or so ago), Joe would've played a role that may have very well helped us. Moot point, obviously.

Joe was actually phenomenal for the Heat from the moment they got him...until this series against Toronto. He was garbage against them.

And you guys all made fun of me for saying this guy was a bum..

When will you peasants learn?

Look at his field goal attempts in the Toronto series vs. the rest of the season. He got what he wanted. Miami increased his shots and he just started chucking away.

In no universe should JJ get 19 and 22 shots in crucial games like he did in games 1 and 2 vs. Toronto.

He said he went to the team that gave him the best shot at winning a ring. Right!!! Bwahahaha!!!

Too many minutes? Seems like even more of a dumb decision now. The Cavs would have saved him for critical times and not wore him out

Yeah, I think so. He often looked totally gassed out there.

Johnson is not a loser.

The problem is that fans don't have a balanced enough view of players as employees in a business.

I have absolutely no problem with Joe Johnson preferring a starting role with Miami in order to prove that he is worthy of one last contract. This is the last big paycheck he will earn the rest of his life.

It makes total sense to me. I would have done the exact same thing were I in his shoes.

I think he would have made just as much or more money with the Cavs. Less minutes, but contributing to a playoff run looks a lot better than more minutes and doing nothing spectacular in the playoffs. I won't call him a loser, but I definitely think he made the wrong choice.
