Nope, hasn't moved yet.

Allie is trying to help and get people off the streets......mostly just everyone staring blanky and not moving.

They showed a few overhead shots and E9th is just a solid sea of people. I have no idea how they get them to move.

Did they not have barriers on E9th? For anyone who is there?

I mean, these shots of E9th.......there is absolutely ZERO chance they move these people out.

They may just have to go straight to the mall stage.
 
Just walk them through the Crowd like some wrestlers did during the attitude era of the WWE.

Boy the city sure wasn't ready for this parade. Why would they not just have had 9th street roped off from the start? They aren't clearing that mass of people any time soon.
 
its going to be amazing when the truck hits that mass off people, slows to a crawl and the players start high fiving everyone... could be a blessing.
