NBA Trades are often not fair. Sometimes old teammates or friends just like to help each other out.

McHale and Danny Ainge(KG deal)
Kupchak and Jerry West(Pau deal)

The fact that Gay might be on the trading block, it's only fitting that extremely close bonds of male familiarity and friendship might be the deciding factor in what deal gets made. Though I think "favors" fall outside the scope of salary cap and CBA rules.

I'm not in the market for Gay though, so however it goes down doesn't concern me much.

Czv PM'd me about a trade when he was assigned Gay. We're still working around the parameters of the rules but I was only doing my depth chart, including the possible trade, to a) have a little fun with torn and b) give myself an idea of my team makeup thru 4 rounds. If Czv decides to boozer me then it's whatever... I'll keep Dunn or trade him for someone else. No biggie. I thought this was supposed to be fun and lighthearted? Some of you need to remember this is a fantasy draft with $0 dollars at stake. You're not a real life commissioner/GM, you don't own a real life team. Let's all relax and enjoy the ride.

Only 50 or so more picks to go till my next pair. Hopefully no one blows up my draft board by selecting Donald Sloan, Omri Casspi, or Mike Miller.

say the guy that spent ten pages whining about auto picks cause he didn't get his "guy"

I had specific reasons for not wanting to conulate the draft board with trades. and I am sorry explaining to 15 people in im's and such why you are lisitng a trade and they can not .. is not fun.

In fact you want to flaunt that your doing a trade When I was trying to work with you and let you know what might happen. so yeah you disregarding what I asked.. (not to post the trade information on your pick threads) is not amusing to me at all but its okay.


I have spent a lot of time putting this together and babysitting the draft for over a week.

Getting to do everything your way at the expense of everyone else is not having fun. and is a cop out retort that really holds no substance.

The draft process has like three rules. You find it fun disrupting the draft process I Get it. I find it fun to be fair and consistent for everyone to have fun.

We are making good progress.. The Live draft will end at 11:00. Although I want to finish the round before going into the next stage of the draft,

Once all 4th round picks are in . I will start a new thread. this thread will have the top available players and access to the complete roster and Instructions on what to submit will provided. We will then Draft rounds 5-13 in turbo mode.

Don't worry . there will be plenty of free agents available once draft is concluded and we will have a process for tuning up your roster before the trade period begins

Up until this point in the draft Jimmy Butler was my best 3 point shooter.

AKA my 3 point shooting was a complete Achilles heel in a league dominated by 3 point shooting
