Anyone getting the Switch?

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
This new Zelda game sets the tone for the Switch. It shows they are finally growing up to fit the standard. The game is that good that I can not stop thinking about it. Fast racing RMX is my love as well. They made so many improvements over NEO it is amazing. The best part is we can take all this on the go! I need to buy a carry case. I love the system so far, What will the future hold? That is my question.

I was playing this morning and happened upon a bee's nest on my way to a shrine. I could see it was shining so I knew I wanted to get the honey, but the damn bees started chasing me. I remembered that I had a torch in my so I ran over to a nearby fire, and then swung the lit torch at the swarm. Boom! Bees gone and honey is mine. It really is so fun to experiment and then get results and rewards.

I played Fast Racing Neo on the Wii U, and it wasn't my jam, I.e. I sucked at it lol. Snipperclips has an awesome battle mode, with basketball, an air hockey like game, and a fighting like game where you try to completely clip the opponent. The puzzle game part of it is fun, but this was an awesome surprise that I had no idea about.

I think the future will be more of the same, i.e. Nintendo games, Japanese games, and indies. Unless this thing takes off I'll be surprised if AAA western debs take to it, especially as the gap in power for the other consoles becomes larger in the near future. I love it for what it is though.

It all depends on the hardware because if it can run Dark Souls 3 like rumored you might have better third party than ever before. I love the fact that when my PS4 (Hard Drive)runs out of storage I can buy and play indies and other titles on the Switch. I really love the fact you can play it or any game anywhere. I was to lazy tonight to try to play the console version Of BofW so I did the portable in bed and it looked and played great. Nintendo nailed a market in other words they took console and made it to go.

I hope Nintendo sticks with this as this is a hot seller I got mine and had a great time doing so. The games will come and when you think about it. A Pokemon real game on your TV screen.. It will happen. I also think... when we will get some third party games, I am not hopeful but they should release an HD Demons Souls on here as a start... I would buy the shit out of that.

So I was looking at the gaming library and in classic Nintendo fashion of course they release the system with an extremely bare library of games. Why do they always do this? I would like to play Zelda, but I'm not going to buy a $300 system for 1 game.

And I noticed their mario kart for the switch is just mario kart 8 deluxe

what type of shit is that. I already have mario kart 8 for the wii U. Why on God's green earth would I pay another $60 for a deluxe version of it?

Nintendo needs to get back to basics and release some more quality games before just rushing to release a new system every few years.

Yeah. I'm waiting. I mean, Zelda looks amazing.

But fuck that noise. I'll wait until I'm out of games to play sometime in late summer/fall when Mario is close to release too. I don't have a Wii U, but you can just get Zelda on there if you want. If I had one, I'd do that and probably end up never buying a Switch tbh.

I had the money now and not then... otherwise I have no issue on waiting but man Fast RMX and Shovel Knight of course with Zelda has me happy... Plus Master Blaster 0 Is out so soon. I am so hyped for that game.

Other than the few games it seems like this thing has some really bad design choices/hardware.

The plastic screen gets scratched easily by it's own dock, the USB port is under the console so you can't charge it while docked and I've seen people having some problems with dead pixels and the joycons. Never good to buy a console at launch, but Nintendo really has to step up their game.

They don't even have a way to back up your files if your system dies. Internet integration is abysmal. Zelda looks fantastic (minus performance issues), but it's not enough.

That's exactly what I did. The game is great fun, but I wouldn't shell out $360 (before tax) for it, and from what I hear I'd almost have to get the pro controller as well (another $70) due to hand size and comfort. So yea, no thanks on the Switch right now.

Didn't even realize I could get zelda on wiiU

Easy solution there, thanks Chris

Heard Adrian Peterson's kids got one.

Oh well there you go. Wish I had a Wii U haha. It's okay, I'll just grab one when some actual games come out. I'm still playing fuckin Dishonored 2, Pillars of Eternity, shit even MGS5 and Witcher 3. Plus Andromeda comes out in a couple weeks. I can wait.

Going to emulate Zelda in Cemu...

Kinda pissed off they have the audacity to release a console that can't even do 1080p, and even at 960p it regularly dips to 20 FPS?

Nah bro...

I want Mario Party vs online opponents.

Possible?

The Switch?

Is that what you call finding out someone is a She-Male the hard way?
So this is what Will Smith was talking about all those years ago...
