2017 Annual RCF NFL Mock Draft

We're just over a month out from the 2017 NFL draft on April 27th and rumors are flowing. Per the norm, I'm going to list the draft order below and I'm going to allow posters to pick them up on a first-come, first-serve basis. I will assign teams as I receive messages (may be posts or PMs), but once someone requests a team, they will pick for that team unless they give it up. I will do my best to let you know why someone received a team over you. We won't be taking second teams unless we have a stall in claiming.

Trades are fully acceptable and should be done between team owners via PM. Please be reasonable with the trades, that's all I ask. Once all teams have been claimed, the draft will automatically start.

Disclaimer: Don't sign-up if you can't keep a beat on the thread. The goal is to have a bunch of folks involved, not have Keys stuck making 4 picks per round.

Since I took the Browns last season, I'll let someone else take them this time around. Once someone signs-up, I'll update this post. After every team is claimed, I'll create a new "On The Clock" thread that will serve as the official start & I'll let the Browns know they're up.

TBH, I don't want the draft to be shook-up like that. I'd like to look back and see that we, as a site, have a decent understanding of these prospects and the teams who pick them.

Was just wondering the other day when this would be starting up! Always fun to do.

Since nobody seems to want the Saints, I guess I'll take them Or, I'll take the Panthers.

And like AZ, I'm open to a second team as well if one is needed.

What is the date on this? How many rounds? I feel like every year it just starts up out of nowhere and goes for as long as we feel (after many have lost interest after the 3rd).

Panthers were just taken by @TheLand1287, do you have an alternative team?

There's no official date. The mock will start once all the teams have been spoken for. As for rounds, we usually get through 2 comfortably and a few of us still interested will go into the 3rd round until the thing dies.
