Game is postponed until June 17th.
I had season tickets from '94 until 2002.. After that, my attention gradually waned until I maybe only saw 5 or so games last year until the playoffs.

This year, I literally haven't missed a game.

So much freaking fun again.

Game is postponed until June 17th.

Every year I try to go watch the tribe for a game or two when they are the away team. The doubleheader on June 17 solidified that I'll be heading to Minny this summer.

Through 14 games Indians are #2 in the AL with runs scored, #4 AVG, OPS, SLG, OBP.

#14 in ERA, #2 in Ks, #14 in BAA

Needless to say, the pitching has been dogshit and somehow we're .500 in our usual worst month of the season. Kipnis is back Friday and the hitting is in a groove, he can only help the onslaught continue.

Funny the Twins killed us last season, and so far we are handling them easily through 2 games. I'll tell you who's not complaining about this rainout, Kipnis. He gets an added game to play.

We started slow against them last year, but we were still .500+ at the end of the year.

Frontrunner.

Sat through way too many games at the old stadium for that....

Also, probably watched fewer NBA Champion Cavs game this year than in at least 25 years. Guess that makes me a rear-runner.

Er, wait.....

All I remember was being 4-8 against them so that clouded my judgement...We must've caught them hurt to tie it up :chuckle:

Snuck out the 10-9, won a bunch down the stretch. They got us coming out of the AS break to make it 4-8 like you remember.

I don't know how to make plans

How to make plans, tutorial:

1) Choose a thing to do
2) Choose a time to do said thing
3) Choose a place to do it

Hope that helped.

Assuming both projected starters for today pitch tomorrow, we dodge a huge bullet not having to face red-hot Ervin Santana.

Unfortunately Ervin Santana is going for them today, according to ESPN.

Good. Edwin has 3 HR and a 1.099 OPS in 25 ABs against him, Lindor is 3/8, and Jose Ramirez is 9/13. Would love to see Edwin start to settle in against a pitcher he's comfortable with, and the other two stay red hot.

You cant win a pennant in April, but can lose one in April. Stupid but true.
The last two wins were pretty big for this team. they climbed back to .500 and with the rest of the division cooling off, are one game out.
The hitting came alive, which was great to see, and I expect the pitching to settle in. Tomlin has a decent start finally and its Baurer's turn today.
