For a dude his size, that doesn't sound like nearly enough calories to put some weight on

For real. This sounds like what an athlete would eat to cut weight.

For comparison, the alleged Al Davis Diet:

Morning - cup of fruit and a Diet Pepsi

1pm - McDonalds cheeseburger and exactly eleven french fries, Diet Pepsi

3:30pm - German chocolate cake and a Diet Pepsi

Night - Shrimp cocktail, extra mayo. Caesar salad, extra mayo. English prime rib with exactly eleven french fries. German chocolate cake and a Diet Pepsi.

Goat.

I like that they specified that he cooked the chicken breast.

Diet makes sense. You are what you eat. in this case Kessler is a chicken noodle armed qb with a few scrambled eggs

Even though it isn't a ton of calories, that is a significant daily protein intake.

... This is a shit diet

Its 90 grams. He's a professional male athlete
Where are you getting 90 grams from without knowing the portions? 90 grams could be just from the chicken breast, powerbar, pasta and the milk that he's drinking.
