NBA Finals | Game 3 | Warriors @ Cavs | June 7, 2017 | 9:00pm EST

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I'm not disowning the Cavs. The Cavs will forever be my team. I'm done supporting the NBA. I think it's a shit league and if it wasn't for the Cavs I would never watch a single game of it.

You fucking caught me fella. I'm likely over emotional right now after my team lost. I'll likely watch the team next year. But I know we have been wronged. I can't congratulate a winning team when they stacked the deck to this degree

I agree when you get a feeling a team was made for the only reason to stop the Cavs you have to question the league here. They are trying to manufacture what they want and idiots are eating it up. I feel like NBA hates Cleveland like everything else does and will stop at nothing to make sure nothing gets won here by the NBA. They created a super team to stop a so called super team... GS and the NBA yeah great nothing crooked here.

Flashback 3 years ago...

If I told you, we will win Cleveland's first title in forever in 2016, but the tax will be that we have to get swept the next season...

Every single one of us take that fucking deal...
But that is already History. Nice to remember, but sports are cyclical and the point of watching them is to move forward, always. Can't enjoy meaningless seasons.

What happened to TT? I mean, how can a guy do so little on the court?

T. ThompsonC230-10-00-012320211-60

He played himself into a nice trade here is what he. He can take his ass and his curse off this team when and I just have a feeling he will be traded and gone. Fucking Kardashians should get the Finals MVP for GS is you ask me.

I don't see what it has to do with the NBA, apart from it's fun to bitch about them. The Dubs haven't done anything against the rules...they have just built a team that is dominant through good recruiting and player development. Sure they added Durant, but what has that got to do with the NBA? Bron startled the whole build a super team to win rings thing...and now t is going to bite us in the arse.

It is up to teams now to reconstruct their rosters to be able to beat the Dubs. We are close but not close enough...we may need to take a knife to the current roster and rebuild...and I don't think we can do that whilst keeping the big 3 plus TT on the payroll...at least 1 and probably 2 of those need to be traded and we need to do a bit of a moneyball build around Bron and Kyrie.

Oh, and get a coach
Lebron didnt star the super team thing. That stared decades ago.

that said you are right about almost every other point. The warriors didnt do anything wrong, but Durant fucking did. He almost single handedly blew a 3-1 series lead to the warriors and then decided to fucking join them. Dude deserves to get hit by a bus after tearing his achilles

Completely disagree. Centers can also shoot 3s and free throws in this league. Or have you not watched basketball for the last few years?

In the moder NBA(i.e. the one where you need to beat GS to win the title I would rank center as the least important position)

Now if you happen to stumble into a KAT or Anthony Davis and can ADD them to team of a PG and three good wings then by all means do. But the basic conversion is that trading 2s for 3s doesn't win you games, shot blockings impact is negated by the shooting of 32-45 3P per game, and it's hard for a center to have much impact defensively against GS when they go small with Draymond and KD as their bigs

He had value LAST year. NOW he's worth less them a turd. He's been in the league for 7 years, and he still can't shoot or defend. He used to come up big when it mattered. He has one skill: offensive rebounding.

Winning last year made not so made about the over shadowing outcome of this. Like I feel nothing but some indigestion but it sunk in a lot better than I thought. I feel I knew it in the back of my head all season though. Being a fan will blind to the ugly picture under the vial.

This is bullshit. You will never be happy if you can't enjoy the past things.

We should be VERY grateful we got one title off the Warriors. And they should be grateful they got one off of us in 2015. They best team is winning this year. Too many stupid plays by the Cavs. And that's ok.

Players have to be sick now. They had the game won and blew it in the final couple of minutes by not scoring.

Winning 4 of 7 against this stacked deck was a bit much to ask, but getting swept would suck. They had this tonight. Now LeBron gets one day of rest knowing what he did isn't enough.

I don't like to see people crapping on our team after such a painful loss against Douchbag Durant and co. They tried tonight, it just wasn't enough.

I lay this loss at Ty Lue's feet.

A good coach would have taken timeouts about 4 times during that stretch and drawn something up.

The absolute unforgivable moment was the Kyrie offensive rebound. Take a timeout, draw something up and score.

Instead we let it go, LeBron dribbles the clock down to 7-8 seconds and we get nothing. To me, that was the game.

If you score in that spot it is likely over but our HC just stood there mouth breathing.

Lue is the luckiest man alive. He parlayed Kyrie and LeBron carrying us to a title in to an absurd contract and job security. I'm still convinced he couldn't coach his way out of a paper bag.

You know what is even more messed up here. Is that there was a rumor from some who works for the Cavs now I am not saying he not blowing smoke. However that TT has been acting up this whole season was was creating problems. The money and fame went to his head I think.

The cavs aren't a even a super team. We're a talented team led by an all time great with two talented by slightly flawed all stars. The warriors have two players who won the last 3 MVP awards and 5 of the last 7 scoring titles.

Rewatched last 3 minutes. Cavs up 6 with the ball and didn't score again. Smith bricks a 3, Love stripped (couldn't tell if fouled). After a Curry layup, Irving misses layup and gets obviously fouled by Green with no call. James misses jumper. A terrible phantom call in favor of Durant, he hits two free throws. That's a 4 point swing thanks to the officials. Durant scores over TT, Korver bricks a 3, then Durant's 3 and Iggy's uncalled hack, and there you go. The officials really hurt the Cavs the last 3 minutes, especially the sequence of bad calls that swung 4 points.
Well don't worry I'm sure all those blown calls will be pointed out in the final two minute report. It just doesn't help us unfortunately.

No Durant realised that the Thunder couldn't compete because the organisation were never going to give him enough pieces to beat the Dubs...under those circumstances why wouldn't you leave? Much like Bron did when he left us...he knew the resources were not going to be available and he was tired of getting close but not winning.
