Finals Game 4: Warriors @ Cavs, Friday, June 9, 2017, 9:00 PM EST

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Imagine if we win next game.... 3-2 going back to Cleveland after winning at their place. Oh man, the pressure would be so serious for GSW. I bet they'd crumble. We gave ourselves a chance. And I love that this team fights to the end.

Only a matter of time before KD or Steph fake an injury.

I'd also like the old timers to shut the hell up about how their teams woulda done this, that, and the other. Kareem Abdul Jabar and Moses Malone never once in their entire careers had to guard guys who could go out to the 3 point line, shoot it, dribble, and pass it.

Just telling me "we'd kill 'em inside" doesn't cut it.

Great win. I feel we've figured out some schemes defensively since game 2 even though they blew us out. Lue is pretty much daring Green and Iguodala to make shots by trapping Durant and Curry off them. Also, the physicality off the ball on Steph and Klay has been textbook. This makes the game 3 loss hurt even more.

Shout out to the great fans in the Q. Who managed to give me goosebumps and squeed a couple of tears with that "Cavs in 7" chant.

Whether we pull it off or not, thank you for that amazing moment.

Durant is the main problem...we simply can't stop him ...gotta figure out a way to slow him down and we have a chance...

So glad we fought and we're dominant on offense all game and competitive and physical on defense all game.

So glad we won and didn't allow GS to win in Cleveland and didn't allow people to talk about us being swept.

So many ways to look at this series.

On one hand you could say it took a hard to repeat, historic first half offensive performance to give us the vision we needed to keep them out of the game. You could say that the Warriors came out lax and not urgent at all, feeling like we'd roll over after their first barrage of threes.

But on the other hand, you could say that game three and four show that this Cavs roster can beat the Warriors as is and would have been in a decent position to do so if we hadn't blown game three.

Ultimately all we can do is enjoy still playing.

We've been in the Finals three straight years. Made incredible memories. Won the first championship in franchise history and first title for the city since 1964. And now here we are with life and the opportunity to play in game 5.

Drained!

Tried something new and didn't even read the game thread while watching. Was a challenge but guess I'll stick with it in the future. That was the worst officiated game I've ever seen. I can only hope that there are some consequences in game 5.

so how good is this golden state defense? they have given up the most three pointers in a finals. they have given up the most points in a quarter, most in a half. etc

Well everyone's been trashing the shit out of Lue but he said from Day 1 that our team needed to run, and he said to play with pace at the half.

Let's give him credit for that. Hanging 49 86 and 137 on those fuqs was awesome.

LeBron did what he has been doing tonight, but the other guys finally all showed up (TT, Deron, RJ, JR all arguably for the first time).

We blew Game 3 with idiotic decisions down the stretch.

Whether it's 1-3 like it is now, or if it were 2-2, if we win Game 5, we're not losing Game 6.

We're gonna look at Game 3 if we can't pull out Game 5. If GS plays their A game, they're winning Game 5.

Durant is the main problem...we simply can't stop him ...gotta figure out a way to slow him down and we have a chance...

You can't. Who has ever shut down Durant? Plenty of teams have found ways to beat his teams, but there's not a Durant stopper just as there's not a LeBron stopper.

Ultimately, we just have to find a way to end up with more points at the end of game 5 than GS and then dig deep in game 6
