Anything good going on with the game? Trying to stay away from making my eyes bleed.

Cookie pitched pretty well. Miller came in and dominated for 1-2/3

Clutch RBI hits from Perez and Erik Gonzalez at the bottom of the order

Edwin continues to look good. Another double off the top of the left field wall. Missed a HR off of the HR Porch Walkway by inches

Lindor just with an RBI double

4-2 end of the 7th

What's the expectation/hope for E. Gonzalez as a player at this point?

Well he's likely blocked in the infield until 2020 at the earliest.

Probably nothing more than a utility guy going forward.

Probably the best utility guy you could ask for, playing 3B/SS/2B. I absolutely love what we have right now with Jose/Frankie/Kipnis, and EGo backing them all up.

Dude has everyday MLB potential, and could be moved in a trade. But, nobody's expecting him to be a stud.

Quality utility infielder until he takes over for Lindor when he bolts for the Cubs/Yankees/Sox. Plus defender who will hit just enough to be a regular. I still worry about his walk rate.

If you look at his minor league fielding, he actually has played at every position but C and Pitcher. The kid I don't think will ever have the same type of bat that Ramirez and Lindor have, but at the same time he can fill in just about anywhere. He is perfect for a coach like Francona or Maddon who love to have those type of guys on the bench.
