This "first they came for the" bullshit doesn't work when it's the Nazis. The Nazis are literally the ones who came for everyone. Fuck that.

Dave, you are defending Nazis. And as long as that's the case, you can fuck right off.

And I don't mean Nazis in some symbolic nature. I mean assholes in khakis literally marching with torches and chanting racist slogans under actual Nazi flags.

Defending these people is fucking embarrassing, and anyone who does so should feel bad. And I say that as a white non-Jew. Fuck everyone who marches under a Nazi flag. I hope they all burn in hell, and I don't even believe hell exists.

This is some sort of appeal to emotion here. No, David isn't defending Nazis. He's been defending free speech and is concerned about the slippery slope of being okay with violence as long as the target is morally inferior. That opens up a can of worms we wouldn't like if assault just becomes acceptable if it's justified by supposed moral high ground.

It shouldn't be this difficult to have an honest conversation without being labeled something extremely nasty.

Now, do you understand the concept of principles? Without shitposting a response, do you understand principles vs subjectivity? Did my entire post miss you? Can you tell me what my point was accurately?

Yeah okay, man. Seems to me you're constantly defending the free speech of the Nazis while protesting against the speech of those opposing them. If it weren't for your constant history of vaguely racist posts, I'd be more inclined to give you the benefit of the doubt, but this is where we're at.

Look, I understand the idea of a slippery slope. But these are literally Nazis were are talking about. Fuck them. Fuck their beliefs. Fuck anyone who defends them. It makes me sick that so many people are bending over backward to defend a white power protest because they can't stomach admitting that Trump is a problem.

We've been over what you thought was racism and a embarassed yourself. We've explained defending free speech isn't defending Nazism. Ben has come in and told us explicitly to stop these bullshit accusations. Its not going to stop.

Seems like half the people here are willing and able to have reasonable nuances conversations and then there's you guys.
