Tito says he may not even miss a start

I did just edit it, but I was going on the fact Kluber needs to be 100% and it didn't seem to look bad, though it ended his streak sadly.

PIP, what are your thoughts on your boy Jeter running the Marlins?

Could possibly be already the greatest owner in sports ?

The Marlins will be a dynasty...

Just dropping in to say Jay Bruce is literally mediocre and may not even make the postseason roster!

Why? Hurp durp advanced stats

The addition of Jay Bruce just positively stacks our line-up, especially if we get everyone back healthy.

Right now we're still missing Chisenhall and Brantley, Kip is still trying to find his land legs, Jose has been on a bit of a down cycle, some of our rookies have been playing like rookies, and our pitching staff has been getting dinged up.

Get all of these guys back, healthy, and producing at their full ability, and this team will be a terror to face in the playoffs.

One thing Bruce deserves more credit on to this point, maybe even more so than his offensive production, is that he has been a positive defensive player with us.

The offensive punch addition is nice, especially when it's for real, real cheap, but we are still a team built around pitching and limiting the runs scored by the other team. In the past I've been hesitant on Bruce because he just can't defend anymore, and looked like a guy who should just DH...but he has a positive UZR, has made every play on every ball hit into his zone, and is a positive in the field...maybe he just needed the change of scenery or motivation, who knows. But I hope he keeps it up.

But give me back Chiz, Brantley, and a normal Jose Ramirez and let's get this show on the road.

Are you implying that his 2 week run with the Indians is actually representative of his career?

Gotta make fun of stats and those who use them when Santana and Bauer play well...only thing left.

If you take out all the months a player plays bad, they're actually really good players

And, if you look at their overall stats, they are good players.

Or is an .800+ OPS from a switch hitter and an 11-8 record with a 4.7 ERA from your number 4/5 bad nowadays?
