Tier 1: Steelers, Patriots, Ravens (Super Bowl contenders)
Tier 2: Chiefs, Raiders, Broncos, Dolphins, Titans (Probable wildcard teams, or even people that will contend for a division title)
Tier 3: Chargers, Texans, Bengals (Wildcard teams)
Tier 4: Bills, Jaguars, Jets, Andrew Luck-less Colts, Us ("Who's looking good in the draft next year, guys?")
We're at tier 4 still. Maybe soon we'll stumble into Tier 3 and swoop that spot away from the Bengals (tier 2 and tier 3 teams seem to trade places every other year). But...we're not at that point yet.
I realize the Bengals are ATROCIOUS this year. I realize that the Chargers and Texans look off...but all three of those teams have high quality all-pro types on their roster. The Chargers have a 6 time Pro Bowler slinging the ball for them, and the Texans have JJ a 4 time Pro Bowler and 3 time DPOY.
Gotta get to tier 3 first. Gotta get a DPOY or franchise-like QB slinging the ball.
edit: And yes...even during their shit down year? The Bengals can still beat us. Same with the Texans.
edit2: The Bengals do not have a franchise qb, but AJ Green is a weapon in the modern NFL that really helps make that dopey ginger look good and has beaten us like a drum before.
