I was critical of him in the 3rd but he’s shown enough good to overlook it.
He’s certainly going to have an adjustment period at the next level, but I think his arm strength and field vision is enough to propel him.
I wouldn’t feel good about saying he could be a top 8 QB but I think he could be a top 12-14 ish guy.
Rosen is the most pro ready guy but that seems unlikely given the recent commentary.
If we are taking any of the remaining guys, I’d want Mayfield or Jackson. I personally would take Jackson and rep him for 2 years. Let a vet keep the seat warm and swing for the fences with his potential.
Mayfield is the safer QB but I just don’t see his pro ceiling being that high. Maybe I am really wrong though.

I just cant believe I have learned from this thread that 4.8 is slow for a qb, and it will make a difference between 4.7 and 4.8 of where a qb is drafted.
PS, in his prime Brees was considered elusive for a qb and he rand a 4.83.
And no I am not on the Baker train, but some of these takes are ridiculous. I think arm strength will be a big deal with him. Combine will be huge for that reason, not his 40 time.
