Monson.." Mayfiled had 2 passes batted down at the line of scrimmage last season. Every other quarterback rated in the top 6 had double digit passes batted down at the line of scrimmage.

Aaron Goldhammer said he will eat horse poop if the Brows draft Mayfield at 1. Bon appetit! Hammer...hopefully you chase it with a cup of cat piss.

At some point, we are going to need to have the Courtland Sutton discussion.

Because I wouldnt draft him until the mid to late 2nd round. Nor any other WR in this draft.

James Washington and Marcel Atemen are worth a look.

Washington doesn't have the height or build of a WR, but he's damn good (looks more like a RB). Saw that guy in person.

Those are good guys to get to shore up the position. They're not some Josh Gordon type...but they're good options to have.

I am in love with Washington, but his lack of size or elite speed will prevent him from being a 1st round pick.

I would take him in the second round because the guy is an awesome football player who knows how to win contested catches, run routes and get open deep.

His ability to separate is...beyond good.

Mayfield fans love to paint the false narrative that the primary reason people don't want Mayfield is his height.

That's just not the case, and as long as you keep beating the drum that it is, you're wasting everyone's time. There are other more pressing concerns than the dude's height.
 
Its going to be hilarious seeing 2.5 more months of fans attempting to ignore that the Browns are destined to take Mayfield. The 'real football' guys love him bc he has looked the best of the favorites in the field. They also eat up his 'intangibles'. The Browns just added a head scout who is in love with Baker. Our GM wants 'real football players'. The writing is so obviously on the wall yet so many of you are in denial... It's gonna get hilarious. Just gonna sit back and watch.
 
I'm friends with a few Bills fans and it sounds like they're hearing a bunch of smoke about moving their 2 firsts and Cordy Glenn to NYG for #2. Their target: Josh Rosen.

It's early in silly season, but something to keep an eye on. Especially if the Browns are leaning Mayfield (ugh), I'd force whoever trades up to #2 for Rosen to the trade up to #1 as well. You could start a bidding war easy between the Bills, Jets, Broncos, etc and still get Mayfield (ugh) at their picks.

If they are trading all that to move up to 2 then they better be ok with more then just Rosen.
Rosen seems to be the only qb that nobody is linking to the browns...which generally means he's the guy.
