2018 NBA Playoffs

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
The Twin Era of basketball died in the ear 00s, man.

Yeah, but they're not normal bigs. Both are capable and willing to play out on the perimeter, and before he went down, Cousins and Davis were developing an unstoppable PnR. They were working extremely well, and they would have been really dangerous if he was healthy.

All these teams that have star back-courts and average to below average front-courts are getting their asses kicked.

I'd say it's Milwaukee's backcourt that's letting them down. Middleton has been good, but Bledsoe is getting taken apart by Rozier.

That didn't come out right. Is there a pattern in teams like Portland with Lillard/McCollum and Washington with Wall/Beal?

I'm disappointed Koby and Dan didn't at least push for Rozier when IT's injury report came back. It would have been better than the 2nd round pick and I truely think the Celtics would have given him up than lose the deal.

This is crazy hindsight bias. Plus, the Celtics have LOVED him. Refused to put him in other deals. I don't think they would have just "given him up."

Yeah. Probably.

But after our docs checked IT, we should have asked Celtics to either give us Brown or Rozier or one of that Lakers/Kings pick from Philly or that Memphis pick.

Only getting a 2nd rounder after we saw how bad his hips were was just sad!

Holiday makes so much money but hed fit here. He's a better defender than George Hill at this point.

Always liked his game. Looked be fantastic tonight. Everyone wants to trade for him.

Yep.

The question marks regarding him was his health as he a bit injury-prone.

Otherwise in terms of ability, Jrue is the perfect complimentary player to have.

The Bucks should’ve gotten more shooters during the buyout period (Philly got them all) and just traded Jabari Parker for a serviceable big (they’re correctly not offering him the max which is a laughable estimation of his worth).

Bledsoe has been embarrassingly awful but getting twice as many minutes as Brogdon who has been the much better player on both ends is Ty Lue level bad by their random coach. Greg Monroe being highly productive while Bledsoe looks like a YMCA scrub has to suck for Bucks fans since they lost a mid level pick as well.

Yeah it looks like a rebuild is coming in Washington unless they can pull off a Toronto like turnaround next season. The conservative approach might be to trade Gortat since Wall is untradeable (42m per year) and Beal is too valuable. They were once lacking the bench depth forcing heavy minutes on their starter but once they acquired the bench (Scott, Oubre, Satoransky) their locker room issues reached a boiling point.

If we get really lucky in the draft. I'd call the Pelicans up and offer the pick, Love, and Hill for Davis and Holiday.

It's a Hail Mary, even if its the number one pic. But worth a shot.

Love and Boogie would be a fun duo in the frontcourt and probably a better match offensively

I thought the health thing with Rondo last year.

Bledsoe also said he didn't know who the fuck Rozier was following the game.

Bledsoe has been bad, but Snell has been dreadful. He's a fucking corpse. I don't understand coaches who are unwilling to pull the trigger on lineup changes quickly for middling players.

Jeff Green and Tony Snell do not warrant a second chance in the playoffs. Brogdon should have started tonight and it shouldn't have been a tough decision. Now its 2-0 and maybe too late.
