A New Beginning

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
No thanks. System player doing well in a great system.

Is Channing Frye available. ? He will not move the needle much on a rebuild but he is exactly the kind of veteran to mentor and show all of the young players we have the right way to do things

I was actually hoping we would have managed to keep Calderon as well.

Maybe those type of guys rather be on contenders but I would love to see 2-3 of those kind of guys on the 15 man roster

I wouldn't mind Frye on a one year contract. He could be the backup PF and stretch 5 if we want to play Nance at PF.

I'd rather have Frye than Okaro White. I feel like Frye would help Preston and Marcus Lee, if we keep him, to develop into NBA players.

I agree, I feel it's very important to keep some veteran's around to help the young guys along.

Frye rules. Be great for Zizic and Nance

If Lebron stayed he would have had a lot more to work with
Adding Sexton zizic and cedi. Keep love and korver. No JR.

No time to develop talent lol. Hope Brandon Ingram becomes his Pippen

I feel like we have the uniform debate every year, so I will throw in my unasked for two cents: the Cavs have committed to wine and gold. Stick with it. Name me one other premier franchise that constantly changes their primary colors? You think of Boston, you think of green and white. Lakers, purple and gold. Bulls, red and black. Knicks, orange and blue. The Spurs had a brief flirtation with pink and teal, but they've been silver and black almost forever.

Stick with the wine and gold, and make that the best you can... but definitely get new uniforms because this past year was really bland (outside of the whites).

Yeah but the cavs are a relatively new franchise. I hate the wine and gold personally. Some of the worst colors in the league. Stands to reason for me that if you can't pick a color, it must mean the ones you have are garbage.

franchise is 47 years old,

First game I ever saw of the Cavs was vs the Knicks at the Cleveland Arena. Knicks of Frazier, Monroe, bradley, Reed era. All I remember was the Cavs were down by 20 at half and somehow won in the 2nd half. That and I was in standing room only and there was so much cigarette smoke that it was hard to see, lol

That being said, we are not that young a franchise
there are several younger franchises, spurs, raptors, thunder, mavs, heat, clippers, hornets, t-wolves, magic, kings, griz

Correct me if I am wrong on any of those

I actually love the wine and gold if done right. Not sure where/when black became a color. Wine road, Gold home. Alternates should be some of the old uniforms....except the hideous blue/black/white ones of the Shawn Kemp era.

Spurs are older an ABA team and so were Kings.

I was teasing a bit. I love the orange and Blue, but I realize those are knicks colors, so many people want something more unique.

here here. But make it wine, not "Atlanta red"

The CAVS fanatics jersey from I think 2010 were my favorites.

Agree 100%. Stick with one color identity. It's just smart from a marketing/identity standpoint.

at this time of the year I would want a young player with potential back. Korver is one guy I would not mind staying until the trade deadline when I think we could get more out of him. He does have value and a pretty digestible short term contract
anyone on these teams we would want ?
