That's how I feel. If he disrupts what a going on...cut him.

I personally would love this addition as a 3rd WR. Add him to what we are doing and you will see everyone having to play us straight up. Good luck with that. I believe Haley can make him work from an offensive standpoint.

There’s an obvious downside to bringing in a locker room cancer who is on the clear decline on a very young team

I mean the amount of “where’s the downside” posts about Bowe and Britt were there too. And the downside was they had shitty attitudes that creates a culture of guys just cashing checks

I'm not advocating for Dez to be on the team. However, everything I've seen about him says he has more pride than to mail it in on the field. He may not perform like a top WR, but my guess is he'd try.

Big name out of his prime? Big name draft guy who way underperformed his draft slot? It’s a near certainty you’ll be interested

Dez was not good last year. At all. If you want to judge him based on his prime for a signing now then you’re going to be making a TON of excuses for the guy all year

I hear Owens is open to making a come back.

Who did he have to take any pressure off of him?

Did you think Prescott was good passing the football last year? Is 29 years old really that far removed from your prime? You don’t think that he has really good value as a #3 WR at this point?

Come the fuck on. And the Baker shots are just over the top. He hasn’t even put pads on yet.
 
So here are the 3 players in question prior seasons to becoming a Brown (for Dez it is his last season)

Red field means worst of the 3 for that stat, green means best, and white means middle of the pack

He very well may, but do you really think that Dez Bryant is going to be ok with that? If the dude was a team player quiet guy then I wouldn't be so opposed to it. As it is I just think it's a high probability of not working out with a low upside if it does. Hence why I'm not interested.

Was referring to Watkins, but was just messing with you. I'm sure I'll get it back 10 fold if Landry or God forbid Barkley look like all pros this year

I'm just tired of high ego WRs coming to the Browns to steal money at the end of their career and I think there's a good chance that is what ends up happening here

The point is we have the cap space sitting there doing absolutely nothing. We aren’t going to sign Dez Bryant on to a long term deal, and certainly not a lot guaranteed.

Dez, Josh, Jarvis, Antonio, Coleman is a really good WR room at the top.

Do I think he’d be okay being a #3? Sure if he’s teaming up with all of these guys. He already talked about wanting to play for the Giants.

Let’s try and make the damn playoffs this year.

“#3” is a funny term

Like he’d be playing the slot or something.

No deference to the actual positions they play.

He’s not at all flexible, so unless Gordon disappears into the abyss, thinking he’s some sort of depth piece on the Madden Depth Chart is a little silly, IMO.
