Hue Jackson and Todd Haley Fired

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Hue has his team battling game in and game out, the players also love him and cherish getting a win for him. Maybe the fans need to share the same love instead of hate after hate, nitpick after nitpick. I get the hate on Gregg and Haley, playcalling is very suspect through long periods, but with a real kicker Hue Jackson is at best 5-0, at worst 4-1, and the Browns are the talk of the league, and country

My biggest gripe about Haley is those stupid gadget plays that never seem to work out toward the end of the game or in the red zone.

My question for you all is, is Greg that bad and the defense is dominating in spite of him or is he a solid coordinator? Perhaps a little bit of both?

I could give a shit how much the players love a coach if he's actively costing us games with idiotic decisions and a total lack of preparation. You give them a coach who isn't terrible next year and they make the playoffs and I guarantee you they'll love that guy too.

I raise you Chip Kelly, what you’re saying isn’t true.

Okay, so we hire someone who isn't Chip Kelly, then. Seems easy enough.

Just because a coach exists who made the playoffs while his players disliked him doesn't mean we should keep our dog shit coach just because they do.

All I’m saying is the two are not mutually exclusive.

It’s possible to make the playoffs and have a coach everyone despises. Pretty sure Eric Mangini was also that in NY.

The key is finding one of both. Coaches like Tito get the most of out their players.

Well yeah, but Hue sure as fuck isn't getting the most out of anyone, so we need to shitcan him and try to find someone who does. They might play hard for Hue, but we have games and games worth of tape to prove that they don't play disciplined, and that's what is costing us games.

I don’t think hue is going anywhere until the end of the season unless we have a monster collapse. If he makes the playoffs, then it’s highly doubtful he even has a chance of getting fired with jimbo loving him.

I don't think he's going anywhere during the season either, and I agree that if we make the playoffs we will sadly probably keep him.

That said, does anyone honestly think this team is going to make the playoffs? We've already lost or tied three games we should have won thanks to inept coaching, awful discipline, or both.

Let’s be honest, we lost week 2 because of our kicker. That’s on Dorsey, he’s in charge of personnel. I’ll give you weeks 1 and 4 though.

What was the question he was asked? Didn’t they blow out the falcons? I’m confused what he’s even bitching about.

Beats me.

I don't think you have to lose a game to be affected by shitty officiating...or witness it.

Hue Jackson’s spirit animal Jason Garrett with the laughably chickenshit move opting to punt on 4th and 1 from the Texans 43 in OT.

Of course the Cowboys end up losing the game.
