Tyronn Lue has been fired

If the report that the players are pissed is true, GOOD!

Look, Lue deserved to be fired. Period. It was long overdue. The players deserve some blame too though for their shitty performance, so hopefully this will light a fire under their asses and we’ll compete better.

I doubt that "the players" actually means all of the players. It may just mean the ones with the biggest mouths.

I'd bet a lot of money that if there are players who are pissed, J.R. is leading the pack. His meal ticket to unearned minutes just left town.

Gilbert wanted Sexton to get more minutes. Altman wanted Korver and JR Smith out of the rotation.

Lue did what he wanted to and lost.

ultimately neither GM nor Owner trusted Lue with this team

I am surprised Lue didnt get at least 20 games to show something but feel more confident with Larry Drew at the helm
 
I don't see anything from the players except thanking Lue. Now the national attention we are receiving is ripping us top to bottom, and I don't really give a shit. The team has to start to develop these kids immediately. Watching Cedi's body language the past couple games was a clear indication and a red flag. Hoping we see more of Z & Nwaba period. Also will look for a total defensive shift and an offensive overhaul too.

Way to go out on a limb. The "next coach" will be an interim currently on the staff who would not be expected to be the coach next year regardless of ownership.

Players are pissed. ? They are partly responsible for lue getting fired
