He could do anything he wanted on the court. The only reason why the one-legged fadeaway is considered Dirk's move is because he spammed the shit out of it during the years. But Hakeem could do it as well: https://streamable.com/ch1iz

No insult to Dirk, but Hakeem could do the 1 leg fadeaway, but the Dream Shake was the better move. Third in NBA history imo behind Sky hook, Jordan fadeaway, Dream Shake, then Dirk 1 legger.

I think both Hakeem and The Admiral would be awesome in today's game: both had terrific mobility on defense

So true, no insult to David, just Hakeem is the 2nd greatest center of all time imo behind Kareem.
 
Two great games now Hou coming back against GS. GS just doesn't look right if they don't feature Curry

Hakeem led the league in blocks, steals, and rebounds one year I believe.

Steals.

As a center.

Hakeem is the player that never gets enough credit. Talk about how the Rockets only won because MJ was out all you want... but Hakeem would have something to say about it.

Made Shaq, Ewing, and David Robinson his bitch in the playoffs and Finals.

IMO he should be up there with MJ as all time greatest. People who watched him consistently get it.
 
Can't stand Harden but that shit was ridiculous. That was one of the most egregious missed calls i've seen with snake having both feet clearly out of bounds. I'd love for someone from the league office to explain to me why donkey lips is the only player in the league that's allowed to show up the refs after literally every call and not get t'd, seriously, what the hell is going on . . .

Like I said back in the day when people were saying Curry was better than LeBron. Don't be a prisoner of the moment..Offensively he is playing out of his mind but defensively he is non existent and he is getting to many beneficial foul calls. He may be playing the best but that is very different than being the best. If he plays at this level or even a notch below for a season or two and ups his defense then he can be put into that conversation.

TBH I didn’t see it either. The still shot they showed with both feet was like .001 seconds of the play.

They are human beings... not sensors.
