Recently my mouth has been very very dry. I don't notice it during the time or maybe it happens only at night, but I wake up in the middle of the night and my mouth is dry like the desert...cracked lips, bad smell and aching gums. I used to have slight receding gums on the bottom and were also sensitive, but recently it has gotten worse in the upper front teeth. I'm quite worried actually.
Also, I wake up tons of times at night. It's a huge problem.
Today, I realized that maybe I should stop squeezing lemon on my food. I also had been drinking apple cider vinegar with my water in the morning which also contributed to the problem.
I wonder what else I should do or cut. Teeth and gum issues scare the crap out of me because of my mother.
I just tuned 30. Multivitamins had a huge impact on my overall health.
I used to constantly get canker sores on my lips once a week. I also would get dry, cracked and chapped lips.
At one point, a sore on my lip turned into a huge hole because my teeth kept irritating it and it would never heal.
I had no idea if there was anything I could do..I was so desperate that I started taking a multivitamin once a day.
I literally have not had a single canker sore ever since. That was over a year ago. I also never get dry cracked lips anymore either.
Its really amazing. I didn't change anything else. Just one multivitamin a day.
I've also noticed cuts and scratches on my hands heal twice a fast as they used to.
I think that's the key to all of it, i'm simply healing faster.
Fighting aging..A few months ago I started taking more suppliments.
I now take one B3 Niacinamide which has shown effects of stopping and reversing alzheimer's.
I also take one fish oil capsule which I feel like is good for joint pain and cognitive function.
I started taking one creatine which had a major impact on building muscle.
I could literally feel my muscles being more sore on a daily basis which is good for bulking up.
But I've since switched to one testosterone a day which I feel is a better fit for me.
I sparingly use philosophy anti wrinkle cream and it really does erase fine lines and wrinkles on your face.
I easily look 5-7 years younger than I am. Ive also never smoked, drank or used drugs.
I also recently started running 20 minutes a day on my treadmill on its highest incline.
I've heard that high intensity causes your body to produce natural HGH.
