2019 NFL Draft: Day 1 Discussion

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
In a draft like this where the gap between 2-10 isn't that big there's nothing wrong with taking the player you like. They liked Ferrell more than anyone else so they took him.

the gap btw 2nd, 3rd pick and the rest of the top 10 is huge.

Every year people bitch and complain that teams that need a QB should draft their guy as soon as they can and as soon as a team drafts THEIR guy people bitch and complain.

If Daniel Jones is their guy them they made the right decision.

Unless he sucks.

They drafted him because Pat Shurmur was wowed over him. Pat Shurmur is a fucking idiot, man.

The point is if he was their guy they should have drafted him where they did. If you're in the market for a QB you draft him as early as you can. You don't draft him later.

I'm not talking about how good he is I'm talking about the process. They got the process right if that's who they wanted.

Denver has got to take Haskins. You can't rely on Flacco long-term.

I feel like Shurmur would be wowed by someone dangling keys over his head or the volcano you make in elementary science class.

Daniel Jones just fucking stinks, man.

Showed no consistent accuracy. Everything good people say about him is based on intangibles and who his coach was.

Daniel Jones' career 6.2 AY/A

I thought i read or heard a stat on this. Every QB in the NFL AY/A's decreased from their college numbers. I think Baker's and Murray's were like 10 and 9.

I thought I also read or heard that Jones never played with a NFL player on offense.
