Yeah I mean Waiters as 6th man might have been good for his career in retrospect. A good defender at the 2 who could grow into his role on the team could have been cool, but then how does JR who was crucial to the championship run turn out?
Lot of what ifs there. I said we should swing on Stephen Adams or Giannis because you ought to just get a physical freak if no one wows you otherwise. Should have listened to me! Except I don't want Adams 25 per contract.

It might have been one of the harder drafts for scouts but also one of the poorest scouted drafts in history. You pointed out the question marks with Oladipo. Giannis was a complete unknown. Gobert ended up going 27th. There were questions how good McCollum was playing in a weak conference. Steven Adams didn't even put up impressive numbers in his one year at Pitt.
Those guys should have been the top 5. Otto Porter would round out the top 6 and I'm not even sure who would be in the top 10 after that because they are just a bunch of average players.
