2019 NFL Regular Season Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Just like they have with Gordon, Patrick Chung, Aaron Hernandez...?

The Patriots give their players a much longer leash than the media wants to admit... It would destroy their narrative.

Hell, their owner got his baby burped on camera in a $75 Japanese rub ‘n tug parlor and you don’t even hear about it anymore.

And yet, they still win. Even when guys come in and are cancers. And none of that shit ever affects them. If Brown doesn't work out, they'll just release his ass. They won't lose any sleep over it. It's a no risk situation for them.

They're not pinning their hopes on Brown taking them somewhere.

They're the defending champs.

Im sorry but i just dont see this ending well or being anything but a distraction. This isnt Randy Moss, who 'bought in' for a couple years. Or Josh Gordon. Brown seemed to find every excuse not to suit up, has been incredibly errratic and worse- doesnt look like he really wants to actually play football. The first sign of criticism or adversity and he will blow up. I think the Pats finally bit off more than they can chew.

At this point, I am not so sure that AB is crazy or having a breakdown or any of the other explanations except perhaps the following one... that he has committed all of these off season antics to get to choose to play for the team of his choosing. The conniving bastard just succeeded in that. I wish him nothing but misfortune in his time with the Pats.

I highly doubt this

He just traded 30 million guaranteed dollars for 9

In the NFL at age 30 that’s lunacy in itself

Look we arent winning the superbowl this year, but we should make the playoffs. Yes its our year to look good, and yes Brady is the GOAT, but at some time the 21 year difference in age between our starting qb's makes a difference. Also Belicheck and Moses went to school together, i am not worried about the future of the Patriots getting in the way of the future of the Browns what so ever. They can win one more with their bat shit crazy receiving core, great.....but the future of the NFL is Rams, KC and the Browns.

We are going to get ours, and our future starts this year, not ends this year/

The Browns will defeat the Patriots this year.

God wills it!

I think this was in some way part of his plan, but it's still insane behavior. Do you think he purposely hurt his feet, for example? What about his apology to the team? As others have pointed out, he sacrificed millions of dollars with what he has done. I think this was just a fallback after he managed to torch every bridge with a team he barely suited up for. His bizarre, explosive behavior will continue in NE and just may be the one Bill cant handle.

If it's deleted, but AB liked a post saying Mayock is the stupidest popsicle alive and is prejudice, and should be raped in the ass.

This isn't like in the NBA where 8 seeds have no chance...and even then, there have been some 8 seeds with some success.

One of the best comments on this so far:

As much as I want to root against both teams, it would've been nice to see AB was able to burn Haden for 250 yards tonight, but no such luck.

Yeah, because of the variance in playing just one game, even worse teams have a shot. That’s why getting to the playoffs should be the goal. We’ve got talent, so if we get that far, let good coaching and variance take the wheel.

Raped by a popsicle?

The 49ers are comically bad.

But somehow winning.
