I wasn't a fan of his one dimensional game but one thing you knew about the guy he brought his lunch pail every night.
You gonna get fully back in Draft Whore mode for the 2021 Draft?Raising traitors over here.
GLHF Tristan.
Cavs will soon need a C badly. Or any front court player for that matter. Drummond and even Love could be gone as well soon enough.

Supposed to be better at the top then the past two and looks decent as far as true SF, Combo Forwards, and PF/C
Plus Cade Cunningham who you probably strongly consider taking regardless of positional need.
I dunno. I don't feel promiscuous just yet.. but it will come. I'm more excited about watching our guys play and develop this season.
But yeah, the draft is supposed to be infinitely better.. I like it a lot, but who knows really. The issue I see is that at top it is compressed of mostly SG/SF and a big ass PG like Cade. I'm not sold on Mobley just yet, and I have no real insight on the other PF/C that are mocked later in the draft just yet..
So as it looks right now and it's super early to know anything, but the top 5/6 are all SG/SF with one PG that is Cunningham who might as well count as a wing because of his size.
This draft might be the best draft to select BPA as there are a lot of potential all-stars, at least on paper, so from what I have seen if we are in the top 5 this season as well, we won't be selecting yet again another PF/C. How are going to patch that hole? Selecting a PF/C or a hybrid SF/PF from this draft might have made things a tad bit easier.
And yeah, Cade seems like a pick you always take from the little that I've seen. I think this season regardless of what we do, we will need to rehab and improve some of our player's value, and especially Garland...just to have more options as far as team building goes.
Normally right after the NBA draft, we have to wait 4.5 months to see our rookies and to see/scout the next draft crop.
But college basketball starts back up this week and NBA starts in a month. Next draft is only 8 months away.
I feel like Kuminga, Jalen Johnson, Ziaire Williams, and Scottie Barnes all look to be more combo forwards which is better than if they profiled more like Okoro or KPJ (SG/SF hybrids).
But I’m in agreement, looking forward to watching the following:
-how much or how little development we get from Sexton, Garland, and KPJ.
-how much initial impact/contributions we get from Okoro and Windler
-if Cedi and Nance make any final development advances and level up a bit from where they were respectively last season?
-can our team defense improve, even just modestly. Memphis had a good defensive ranking in Bickerstaff’s full season there. Sure a lot of that could have been the players, but a bad defensive coach can mess that up and he didn’t, so I’m at least interested to see if in a full season as head coach he can at least get us from dead last in defense to maybe in the 20-24 range.
Troll much?
TT plays winning basketball. Drummond plays losing basketball.
I hope the Cavs matched that offer. I’m assuming TT wanted to move on.
He was our only hard working AND durable veteran and this team will miss him.
Sorry my mistake,
TT >> Drummond
