I don't understand at least not taking a shot at Brown there rather than take a guy that reportedly sucks and does not plan to play in the US. May as well of just forfeited the pick imo

Given that the Cavs let the clock run all the way to the end on this pick, I suspect they were trying to trade it to someone for future picks and when nothing worked out they picked up a different kind of future asset in Diop.
 
So after trading away our 31 pick we miss out on Hardy and Chandler when we have a huge hole at backup PG
 
Funny how other teams past on the same players……but Koby gets the what the fuck you doing on these boards……smh
 
Yeah that pick makes more sense with the last two. Walking away from this draft without a playmaker or a big wing is disappointing. Josh Minott just got drafted. Kendall Brown probably goes next lol

He is an older prospect who really struggles to create his own shot. I just think players like him are a dime a dozen. He isn't an elite shooter--only 70% from the FT line. I don't see where the upside is.

He can defend the, he cant defend the 4. 8'8 standing reach can defend 1-3

JD Davison still available. If we are truly bringing Rubio back Davison could be a nice understudy for him.

I wouldn't have even given that draft an F. That was a bad draft at the top. We took a bad prospect but the guys I wanted didn't turn out much better. Alex LeN? Bust. Nerlens Noel? Bust. Otto Porter? Ok player.


So at least there they took a big swing and missed in a really bad draft.


I don't feel that way tonight.
