My goodness. This is gonna age about as well as the "We should have traded Mobley instead of Markannen and some firsts" game thread post a month ago.
22 year olds, even ones who just got huge extensions, have ups and downs. Sometimes they struggle for..*gasp* a couple of weeks....
Our future depends on it. Can’t trade away your picks AND whiff on a max contract and expect to build a great team

He may not. But player combinations and a player like Rubio who knows exactly how to manipulate a defense to set up Love with his most preferred looks can make a difference and rythymn and confidence make a difference to. And I’d be surprised if Love’s 3P% wasn’t higher when Rubio was in the floor with him last year then when Rubio was off the floor. This is not someone trying to learn how to be a 3P shooter. It’s someone who’s always been a plus 3P.
But look, I’m not trying to make excuses for Love. He annoys the hell out of me. If they can find a deal to move him, I’d love it.
Cavs up 19 on the road against a solid team, avoided the usual slow road start, shot 55% with all 5 starters in double figures and playing less than 36 minutes...but you wouldn't know it if you followed along in here. Nice bounce back win after Monday's abysmal effort for the first 3 quarters.

For real I remember last year I couldn’t wait for garland to be in the game he was a beast but this year he just can’t hit shit and does the same dribble moves if I post his last 15 games shooting percentage is bad I mean he’s shooting 42 percent for the year that is fucking terrible

Stevens is a great rotational piece. I’d just love to turn Cedi & Windler into a guy that’s a reliable shooter for 10-15 min a game.
Love looks cooked, and I think when Wade gets back he winds up playing some SF but mostly PF and Love might find his way out of the rotation. That being said, it’s tough to do that without an additional guy outside of Stevens that can give you minutes at SF.
