Of course, same thing with ScUM, Notre Dame, Duke etc… I don’t care how I came off, he came in looking to strike a nerve right after the missed kick. I don’t care what university he attended but he didn’t go there so whatever.

I haven’t been to an Ohio State game in a while.

You just show your diploma and they let you in?

So what was your point in questioning his alma mater then? And clearly you do care what University he attended if you spent half a page of this thread questioning it.

You made a playful jab at Michigan, he gave a playful jab back. It is sports - trash talk is going to happen.

It’s because he’s insecure. It is a thing specific to really insecure fans.

I must know 500 people that graduated from OSU. I watch games with them, I am good friends with many…..none of them say “Oh, did you go there?!?!?!”.

He doesn’t really have anything else to offer here……so he’s fixating on something that doesn’t matter, in order to make himself feel better.
 
Both teams lost, there are no moral victories. Michigan had what many considered a free pass to the Natty and vomited all over themselves. Ohio State should have won their game 100 times out of 100 but basically choked, if we're being brutally honest with ourselves.

Is what it is. Overall, if Day coaches like that moving forward, OSU will win 99% of their games. That's my takeaway at the end of the day. Not sure what the takeaway from Michigan's side is, but I also don't give a shit.

I call out all my close friends that I grew up with that didn’t go to The Ohio State University and are die hards to be a dick. Insecure lol lol lol.
I am also going to call bullshit if all 500 people you know that graduated from OSU doesn’t give you a hard time with being a major fan boi of the program while never attending there. I will give people who don’t live in New York a hard time for being Yankees fans etc, etc etc… end of the day it’s your business to be a fan of whatever sports team ‘university etc. And I always pull for ScUM in bowl games because Big Ten’s rep…

I gave the thoughtful explanation to you to prove a point.

It is possible that they can receive and absorb a thoughtful explanation and you can, well, keep doing whatever it is you are doing.

I think it is definitely a season both programs will look back on and really lament.

Michigan spent the better part of 3 quarters repeatedly shooting themselves in the foot.

OSU just outplayed Georgia and still managed to lose.

The championship opponent for either seemed more beatable than years past and yet neither will get that chance.

Just a lot of gross feelings a few days / weeks / months removed from this playoff.

Hahahaha I actually don’t drink. I had a great New Year’s except having some fan boi that has zero affiliation to the University of ScUM wanting to troll at the wrong time and then proceeding to want to get into a pissing contest over high school test scores, universities I got accepted into etc because he was allegedly accepted to ScUM…
Ohio State played with the defending National Champions, didn’t have how many players available, calls didn’t go their way etc. I am a big Ryan Day supporter, he quieted his critics last night and he probably called his best game sans the last series. How anyone can like Jim Harbaugh for a number of reasons beyond football is beyond me…
