Also, being removed from football for two years isn't inconsequential. There are a lot of questions that Watson hasn't answered yet.

The same Joe Burrow that blew out his knee his rookie year? Deshaun Watson also missed a big chunk of a season with an ACL injury too btw.

Also worth noting that Deshaun Watson has had a larger sample size of games after his ACL injury than Joe Burrow’s so it’s not like there isn’t evidence that shows he can still be good after suffering a setback.

No I don’t. Just like I don’t think people were concerned about Joe Burrow’s ACL tear and both QBs came back playing at a high level. What part of football are people still questioning with Deshaun Watson? It’s not his passing ability or his ability to play the QB position. So where is the real concern?
 
It’s funny because you haven’t heard a single player on our team or any other team in the league questioning Deshaun Watson’s ability to still play QB at a high level. Why is that? The only doubts seem to be coming from fans or people in ten media that need to find a big bad for another season.

The concern is in his consistency. Can he put together entire games and sustained drives of high-level QB play.

The question isn't "can he play", the question is whether his performance lives up to the high price we paid for him.

How are these things concerns? We already know he can do this. Were you concerned if Patrick Mahomes could put together entire games and sustained drives of high level QB play without Tyreke Hill last season? He had a career high in passing yards last season. He had multiple years of proven play.

Deshaun Watson has had multiple years of proven play at a high level. He doesn’t have to prove that he can do that. He already did it.

Also his past performance is what earned him that high price. What do you think Deshaun Watson’s contract would look like right now without missing 2 seasons? You don’t think he still be one of the top 5 highest paid QBs? It’s not like he would be making Baker Mayfield money. The fact is that Deshaun Watson was going to get $200M missing two years or not.
 
Don’t act like CAR, ATL, or NO weren’t going to pay Deshaun $200M. These concerns don’t seem very legitimate. It’s more like the nature of the business.
 
Not that it matters, but that was not pass interference....if anything it could of been offensive
