With porter Bates. I am thinking rebuild assets and a young player with a lot of upside for dm

Agree. Does DM dribble too much here and there? Sure, but nothing egregious. He chucks up a bad shot or goes 1-on-5 maybe once or twice a game.No reason we can't look like this with Mitchell.
The hero ball stuff is being over blown.
Ho Lee Sheet
Allen weathered the Joker storm.
Impressive.

Dude's a 7' UFC fighter.Jokic’s chicken wings you mean…
Dude elbows more than I realized.
Adding to the 7 players you complimented, I would note we also got great contributions from both Strus and Thompson. So yeah, all 9 rotational players were outstanding last night. A true TEAM victory.Missed the game last night but finally got around to watching the highlights. Only highlights so I am sure there is a lot of nuance missing, but just my observations:
- Mobley flashed some of the moves we have been asking for. Elbow line jumper, some dribble drives, and a bit of a floater. If he can keep working on these and give himself some more consistent scoring options, that should assuage many of the fears on the board about Evan
- Garland looked way more comfortable in this game. He was taking and making his traditional floater-lob and still keeping that inside finishing he has showed this year. Really good to see this
- Still on Garland, glad he went back to the lob. Having two major lob threats in Frobley means there should always be opportunities for this. Really good stuff. This also really opens up things for DG as he is able to be scary with that floater lob and lets him open more space if people try to punish the pick by dropping
- MPJ is an insanely good shooter. He is a mini-KD in that any jumpshot he takes is going to be a decent look since he is so tall, has super long arms, and a really high release point. Does he offer much else? Eh, but that shot is clean
- Christian Braun was a really good pick up. Thats the kind of player you need to find as a high level team to sustain excellence
- Wade is a really good defender on big wings. He defended MPJ as well as you could, tho sometimes elite shotmaking just beats great D. Thats okay. I really really want Wade to get more aggressive with letting the 3s fly. Having him be enough of a threat on offense would really enable our rotation as he is our best big wing defender. Poor man's PJ Tucker right now
- Allen looked great. His passing is really understated. He has good vision from the top and throws very pinpoint passes to cutters. Id like to see us run more high-low post stuff ala the Princeton with him and Mobley
- Speaking of bigs passing, man I love having the big-big passing. Its such a nice changeup in the flow of an offense that other teams don't really use other than Denver
- Niang looked good. He was hitting 3s. Looked like his release wasnt as rushed as prior games and more in control. I am still surprised by how often he actually hits that floater. His drives are still like the senior game at the Y, but its not an awful option for late shot clock situations if the play has broken down
- CPJ. Just ... CPJ. What a find. He looks so good. Great penetration, good FTs this game. He is more of an attacking guard than a pass first guy I think but he has solid vision. The defense is solid. He reminds me a lot of D West. He even had one of the classic block the jumper from behind play that Delonte patented with us
- Joker is the best player in the league right now and I do not think it is close. He is already the most complete offensive center ever and possibly the best offensive player across all positions. He is really something special
- Attacking Joker to get him in early FT trouble is really the best way to try to win against this Denver squad. They struggle a lot without him and Murray out there. I still think they are the favorites out West, but we showed a good run against him in this game
- I want more Merrill. That jumper is pure. Run him off screens for the last 3 minutes of the first and third quarters and use that deep threat.
