garland has got to pick up the pace! the clock hit 12-13 sec before he got into the offense.
 
Garland just isn’t a fit for the way this team wants to play now.

If they’re going to run a motion based offense, the need for a secondary pick and roll ball handler shrinks significantly. That seems to be his entire game.
 
Bringing Levert back in is basically conceding the game at this point
 
Garland is a fit if he played more like Kyrie. Take more 3’s. Less dribbling into the LeBron assist
 
passive on offense and overhelping on defense is the problem right now.

Agreed he needs to play an aggressive style but his whole thing is slowing it down and it doesn’t fit what went well during the winning stretch
