Betting isn't relevant here. JBB wants to keep the 76ers guessing and make it harder to plan to defend the Cavs. It may be that Donovan and JBB don't know how he'll feel at game time, so he'll show up and see.

My prediction is we win a tough, gritty game, just like we lost one last time against the 76ers. I hope we learned our lesson and will focus on going inside this time.

Regardless, I'll say 55% chance of victory. Cavs 118-115 76ers.
 
So Donovan Mitchell will be the ONLY All-Star Game attendee to miss 2 games coming out of the break; so glad he went

Since 2022, the NBA has continually fined teams $25,000 and up for violating injury reporting policies

He’s pretty close to missing out on All NBA teams because of his hamstring/illnesses. I’ll repeat what I said last night in different words. I have never seen a professional athlete that I follow closely miss more games with “illnesses”. Sucks because every game is big at this point. We really need that 2 seed. Need a win without him both for the standings and for the mono of the rest of the team.
 
I expect a huge game from LeVert. He was embarrassed last night and now is when he is the most dangerous.
 
Looking at an 0-2 start to the 2nd half with no Mitchell again.

Mostly falls on Garland if they lose this one again.
 
Line has just moved 3 points since the announcement of Mitchell’s absence…now at 2.5 when only 15 minutes ago was sitting at 5.5

Feeling good about this one, even without Mitchell.
