Speaking so specifically and bluntly means this is close to resolution imo.

As long as it’s still in Cuyahoga county, I’m frankly rooting for the dome. East for me to say though living out of NEO for almost 25 years now. Wish there was a downtown/city spot that worked for a dome.
Just don’t believe the lakeside renovations can be anything other than a 10 year band aid that still results with us having one of the bottom 3rd stadium experience for both fans and players leaguewide
They have the rail running from the airport to downtown already. This would be a great chance to expand the light rail system as a means for people to get in and out of games without battling traffic issues. The people who do want to drive and tailgate would be right next to I-71 for an easier entrance and get-away as well. Personally I'd love to see expanded rail options and routes to get from surrounding areas to both the airport and to downtown, without having to drive in and park in the city lots. They need more spurs radiating south and west.
Over half of the NFL stadiums are not smack dab in downtown. The 13 mile drive between Downtown and the proposed location is becoming more of the standard as time goes on.
Niners are the extreme outlier, but that is from two moves over the course of about 60 years, becoming farther and farther away from the middle of the city.
Up hill! Both ways!No dome. Cleveland football was meant to be played outside.
Fire sale? How much is CBS insured for?I still think they should just blow up the current stadium then play in canton for a year or two and build a dome in its current spot.
