2024 NBA Playoffs

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Denver is also gonna have to tell Gordon to either be more aggressive on offense, or he needs to pick up Edwards all game on defense and try to put Porter on Gobert and see how that goes.

The Timberwolves is my kind of team. I also really like Jokic/Nuggets. Wish this was the WCF and not the 2nd round matchup

This game already giving me vibes of the finals last year. Yeah, the Wolves could keep it interesting, but they just don't have the offensive juice to really compete with Denver.

This post was quite premature…

After watching Denver-Minnesota last night it is so clear how much BOTH teams on the court right now suck. I mean, this is excruciating to watch.

The Thunder series is played on the same days as the Cavaliers series! I'm VERY spoiled

Thought exercise, because it seems to be getting talked about just as much, if not more than our matchup against the Celtics.

Which team, could reasonably add Donovan Mitchell that gives Donovan a better change at getting to the conference finals than this Cavs team. Forever it was the Knicks, I don't see how they could add him.

Now Windy is mentioning the Lakers. Would require Reaves, filler, and 2 or 3 first round picks. Are the Lakers with another year older LeBron and AD, D-Lo, and Donovan Mitchell better than these Timberwolves, Nuggets, or OKC? Need to be better than one of those teams to make the Western Conference Finals.

LA Clippers? They could be a bit better, not sure what the package would look like. They'd likely let Paul George walk, but if he could be convinced to come to Cleveland that could get interesting. I still think they would need to add some picks to the deal. It's still dependent on Kawhi's health for any real success in the playoffs.

The Heat? Would require Hero and Jaquez, plus probably two first round picks. That seems the most do-able, but it would really be reliant on 'heat culture' to develop a few auxiliary pieces to support them. I could see them performing well in the Playoffs, but with injuries, I don't think they're a top 4 seed.

Brooklyn, obviously, isn't any better. If Donovan demands out, I'd pursue this becuase you likely get Mikal Bridges, filler, back plus a first rounder and a few seconds.

The Spurs. He and Wemby would be dynamite. They can just spam screen actions all day and call it an offensive system.

Now this one, and New Orleans for that matter, get interesting. I just don't think Donovan would want to go to these places.

In theory, that doesn't matter, but I feel like, without a under the table guarantee for the next contract, he's not getting moved to San Antonio.

I'm not sure what the package would looks like other than 3 or more first round picks. New Orleans would likely be Ingram and 1+ First Round Pick.

Still, without another leap from Wemby (which can happen) are they better than the top of the West? New Orleans is likely closer to the top.

I think the Knicks win this series but I wouldn't be surprised if Indiana pushes them. Also wouldn't be surprised if Indiana just gets out-muscled and swept aside.
