Add fav. team to real cavs info

Alot of people are joining the site every day some of them cavs fans some of them not. I was wondering if there would be a fav team or something so when i read someones post i know if it is someone who likes the cavs, laker, magic or another team. Sorry i know this is a dumb thread just was not sure on who to PM to ask i thought ben but i was not sure.

In my opinion this would just cause more bashing and flaming between members that is unnecessary.

No i do not think it would add to the bashing i think that it would take away from the confusion. I think that if someone really wants to bash someone you can read what they have to say and find out. I really to not see how this could add to the bashing at all. As for they should not be here i agree 100% but we cannot kick them off because they like another team.

I see the point your trying to make, and i don't think its a bad idea. But imo it seems un-needed. If someone has a favorite team they could simply put it in their sig, or just use their avatar space to put a picture of their favorite team.
For example, the cavs are my favorite team. One can assume that just by looking at my avatar pic.

MAJ i get what you are saying but every one on here is not going to have either an avatar or sig. I think it be in your info just like the Fav cav and fav past cav. I don't know just an idea.

I think the number of Cavs fans on this board faaaaaaaaaaar exceeds the number fans for other teams. One can assume by the way a person talks about a certain team if they are fans of that team or not. If something like this does get added, I think the best place would be the member profile page.

I am not saying this is needed now but just this offseason the number of other team posters has increased. Most people from other teams do post something city related in either the name or avatar but if we keep getting new members from other teams this could be a problem.

We have like five non-Cavs fans here, and none of them post with great consistency. It's easy to tell who they are. This would be redundant.
