I'm not going to lie to you. I don't know how to get the avatar to upload. I'm not sure if the photo is to big or what. I'v tryed a few times now and have failed. So can a mod help me out and put this

As my avatar?

It's too big.

Avatars must be no larger then 175x250.

This image is 535x361.

So, shrink it, upload it, and try again. Because avatars can be taller than they are wide, you might want to instead choose an image that's not so wide. Otherwise, you may not able to see much in this photo by the time you shrink it to 175 pixels across.

i have a different avatar question. Every time i go to add a avatar it says that i don't have permission, and i am wondering if there is a post count i need to get or if it depends on how long you have been on the site. If someone could answer my question it would be appreciated. It's not that big of a deal ( i mean its only a picture) but i have been wondering, so i thought i would ask.

Ive tried changing my avatar for about a week, and Ive never had a problem with changing it before, but right now I cant.

On my profile, the pic turns up, but in the forums, as a avatar, it doesnt

Same I can't see. A few others as well. Just wanted to see if it was my computer or a forum-wide problem.
