NEW ADDITION-The Browns have another option at center after signing Alonzo Ephraim Saturday.

Ephraim (6-foot-4, 312) has played in 43 career games, making five starts. He started three games at right guard for the Dolphins last season.

Ephraim, 24, entered the league as an undrafted free agent out of Alabama and spent his first two pro seasons with the Eagles. He worked as a center Saturday afternoon in his first practice with the Browns.

Looks like Savage is comfortable with Hallen being the starting center and adding depth..

Anyone think a sumo wreslter would be a good pickup? Just go find the biggest guy maybe 2 or 3 of them. They are used to the push back and forth and they are massive...

U do know that linemen dont just move up and down. They do traps (left and right), and they go out and blast people when they make room for the RB, or to occupy somebody as a block 5 yards or so downfield!

Remember him sucking with the Dolphish last year. Maybe our coaches know something theirs didnt and can get something from him.
